Maury brings over two decades of corporate finance and restructuring expertise to CrestHaven, with a proven track record across the defense, healthcare, and technology sectors as Founder & CEO of District Equity. He currently serves as an Advisor to Star Mountain Capital, a Board Member of the MITRE Corporation, and is a Trustee of the Center for the Study of the Presidency & Congress. He is also a NATO DIANA Mentor & Expert. Maury holds an M.B.A. with Honors from NYU Stern.

Josh combines the discipline of professional athletics with a sharp business acumen, having managed over $300M in transactions as Founder & CEO of LandSpire Group. As the 6th pick in the 2004 NBA Draft out of Stanford, Josh played 15 years across the NBA and EuroLeague — experience he now brings into sports-anchored development opportunities. He is a Board Member of the Portland Thorns, Boost.ai, Metasys Systems, and RevOZ Capital. Josh holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School Executive Program.

Treana offers a unique blend of legal expertise and sports industry knowledge to CrestHaven. Her two decades of experience spans professional sports, complex litigation, and business operations as Partner & Chief Legal Officer at LandSpire Group. As a former Division 1 Women’s Basketball Player & Assistant Coach, she was an All-WCC honoree at Gonzaga University. Treana holds a J.D. from Western State University.

Michael’s career combines over 20 years of finance, policy, and corporate experience. As Principal at Hudson Square Group, he advises start-ups and private equity firms following his 7 year tenure as Chief Strategy Officer at Rubicon (NYSE: RBT). Michael has held senior roles at Uber, the Manhattan Institute, the Office of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, and the Partnership for New York City. He serves as Board Member of Guardian Revival, the Barrett EDC, and the PMMF. Michael holds an M.P.P. from Harvard’s Kennedy School.

Jeff brings nearly two decades of real estate expertise to CrestHaven as Principal of Underwriting & Capital Formation. Having managed over $6 billion in projects across development, leasing, partnership distributions, and debt, Jeff provides critical investment analysis. He is a Charted Financial Analyst and holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware.

A.J.’s diverse experience across finance, investments, marketing, and business operations are a key to CrestHaven’s success. As a Co-Founder of ItsYouAl & Serial Marketing, he combines entrepreneurial vision with practical business expertise. AJ holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University.
